We are so excited to welcome you to our beautiful facility conveniently located two blocks east of Riverton Hospital. We are working diligently to contract with major insurers and will post updates as we get closer to our opening day, September 28th.

Patients currently seeing Heidi at Sunrise Family Practice will receive an email soon with instructions on how to fill out a web based HIPAA release form so that we can seamlessly transfer your records over to Beehive’s system.

Heidi anticipates her last day at Sunrise being Friday, September 4th. In the three weeks between then and opening day at Beehive, telehealth appointments will be available through Beehive.
