drjessicaknurick.substack.com – Dr. Jessica Knurick is a PhD educated dietitian and skilled science communicator for all things nutrition and food policy related.

kidseatincolor.com – Kids Eat in Color is a multidisciplinary  resource (dietitian, speech therapy, occupational therapy, pediatrician) for parents to help their kids overcome picky eating.  There are sliding scale or free options for the resource books such as Real Easy Weekdays.

unbiasedscience.com – Unbiased Science has a podcast, instagram, substack and webpage with easily digestible lessons on various science topics.  Great resource for helping you wade through misinformation on the internet.
